I am totally there for you and your family whenever you need an extra pair of hands to get something done. I have attempted to outline a variety of tasks and activities within my page, that you may need help with, however you certainly are not limited by my list.   • Home Inspections / Property Care-taking: Whether you are out of town for the weekend, month, or a longer period of time, or if you are selling your house and it is going to be vacant, let me give you the peace of mind that your house is being watched. Our expert house inspector (Me -over 25 years in Commercial Real Estate) will secure and inspect your windows and doors, monitor for any water leaks, complete appliance checks, check the interior and exterior of your home for any damage or other issues, manage the heat and air conditioning, and water your plants and flowers as necessary. I can turn lights on and off for that “at home” look if you would like. MarrCliffe - Ahead of the Pack - also has an on Island Elite Partnership with Skidaway Solutions. One of Skidaway Islands premier Handy Man. So rest assured you will be well taken care of. 
     

  • Personal move assistance: Meet with your mover prior to the move to ensure the plan makes sense and runs as smoothly as possible. This includes all the good stuff such as: getting permits if required, coordinating vendor access, moving truck management, coordinating gate access - being your liaison with The Landings Association, meeting at your home to assist with the loading of the trucks (in town), guiding the movers at your new home on where to unload. Last, yet not least, providing a utility and vendor partner list that can be helpful as you embark upon managing your new island home.
     

  • Home organization and space planning: Set up your new home right from the start. Between the movers, the packers, and all the logistics, moving can be such a headache. Wouldn’t it be nice to be unpacked, organized, and back to normal in your new home right away? 

    Our unpacking service includes:

    • Unpacking items from boxes and removing packing paper.

    • Finding the right spots for your belongings. We’re talking clothes hung in closets, bathrooms stocked, kitchen on point, and coffee pot at-the-ready!

    • Showing up on day one with organizing products to make your new home even more functional from the get-go.

    • Clean sheets and your bed dressed for your first night! Trust me - this is a luxury after a day of moving.

    • Master bath set up with clean towels and your toiletries unpacked for first night ease.
       

  • De-cluttering.
     

  • TV connections.
     

  • Assistance with on-boarding into the Skidaway Island way of life.
